Orders
An order is binding once payment has been received. A confirmation is sent by email. If an item turns out to be out of stock we will contact you and refund in full.
Prices
All prices are in Icelandic krónur (ISK). Shipping costs are shown before you pay.
Payment
Payment is by card on Verifone's secure payment page. KRÓ Design never has access to your card details.
Delivery
Orders are shipped with Dropp, to a pickup point or to your door. In Akureyri and Svalbarðsströnd (postcodes 600, 603 and 606) we offer free delivery, or you can pick up your order. We aim to ship orders within 3 business days. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery.
Right of withdrawal
Under Icelandic consumer law (Act no. 16/2016) you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Let us know at kro@krodesign.is. Items must be unused and in their original condition. The buyer pays the cost of returning the item. We refund the item price and original shipping within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defects
If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival, contact us as soon as possible and we will repair, replace or refund it, in line with the Icelandic Consumer Sales Act no. 48/2003.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Disputes can be referred to the Icelandic Complaints Committee on Goods and Services (Kærunefnd vöru- og þjónustukaupa).
